All attendees of our family-friendly Rainbow Root Festival event are expected to uphold a spirit of inclusion, respect, and celebration for people of all ages, identities, and backgrounds. Discrimination, harassment, inappropriate language, or behavior that is sexual, violent, or disruptive will not be tolerated. We encourage everyone to express themselves joyfully while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children, families, and the entire community. Please treat one another with kindness and help us create a positive and affirming space for all. All merchandise and Art must abide by the same rule.

By clicking ‘Submit’ below, I understand this event is rain or shine and booth fees are non-refundable. I further agree that Pineapple Healthcare, Rose Dynasty Foundation Inc or the City of Lakeland will not be responsible or liable in any way for damage to merchandise, injury to show participants, or responsible for the contraction of any contagious illness (such as COVID-19). In addition, I give Pineapple Healthcare, Rose Dynasty Foundation Inc permission to use artist credited images of my work for promo. This includes, but is not limited to social media and print. I understand cropping of images may occur.

Rose Dynasty Foundation reserves the right to accept or deny any vendor application at its sole discretion. Participation in the Rainbow Roots Festival is not guaranteed and may be refused or revoked for any reason, including but not limited to: failure to align with the mission and values of the Foundation, inappropriate or discriminatory content, non-compliance with event policies, or potential disruption to the safety, inclusivity, or overall experience of the event. The Foundation further reserves the right to remove any vendor from the event at any time if their conduct is deemed harmful, disruptive, or inconsistent with the goals of the festival.
