Truth, Translation, Transformation: A 1946 Conversation

Our event is committed to fostering an environment of respect, learning, and meaningful dialogue. To ensure that everyone feels welcome, safe, and valued, all participants, speakers, volunteers, and guests are expected to follow this Code of Conduct.

Respect and Inclusion
Treat all individuals with dignity and respect, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, ability, or background.

We celebrate diversity and expect interactions to reflect kindness, openness, and care for one another.

Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech or Violence of any kind will not be tolerated.

Dialogue and Engagement
Listen actively and engage in discussions with curiosity and humility.

Respect differing perspectives, even when in disagreement.

Do not interrupt, dominate, or dismiss others’ voices.

Media and Privacy
Photography, video, and audio recordings are only permitted with the consent of those being recorded.

If someone asks not to be photographed or filmed, that request must be respected immediately.

Safety and Accountability
If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please notify an event staff member promptly.

Event organizers reserve the right to address violations, which may include removal from the event.

By attending this event, you agree to uphold these values and contribute to a space of truth-telling, respectful translation of experiences, and transformation through shared understanding.
